Mark Soutter
Secretary
Growing up in Texas, Mark did not have the privilege of experiencing large areas of public land, but immediately fell in love with the vast public spaces in the Pacific Northwest and sought out ways to get involved in the stewardship of these amazing natural resources. Now he spends as much time as he can hiking, camping, foraging, and volunteering in the State and National Forests of Southwest Washington.
Mark has done project development and regulatory work in the field of renewable energy since 2004 and has served on various non-profit boards over the years. He holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas and a MBA from Baylor University, and currently resides in Washougal, Washington with his wife and three children.
