Trip description: This summer the Forest Service installed large woody debris in Camp Creek, a tributary of the Cispus River. To enhance and restore ecological balance, we will plant willows and other native species near the instream restoration sites. If time allows, we will continue our planting efforts at Crystal Creek, another nearby tributary of the Cispus River where CFC installed woody structures this year. Join us in our efforts to improve habitat on these tributaries, ensuring healthier aquatic and riparian ecosystems.

Task: Harvest willow stakes from nearby locations and plant them in the riparian zone of Camp Creek and Crystal Creek along with native species.
